We have Cabin Fever
8th-grade Music and Drama students performed their original musical, Cabin Fever, in front of a standing-room only crowd.
Following a semester studying Romeo & Juliet, 8th Grade students were tasked with developing their own interpretation of the story and settled on Cabin Fever, a rivalry at summer camp. Under the direction of Music teacher Justin Nixon and Drama teacher Chelsea Taylor, students had the opportunity to pilot a twist on the traditional 8th-grade Shakespearean production. Accompanied by a pit of faculty musicians and responsible for multiple special effects scenes, it's safe to say our students and staff have started a new tradition in the LFCDS Upper School.
