House System
The House System helps strengthen the sense of community at LFCDS by allowing students to develop relationships across the Lower and Upper Schools.
Four large flags in the school atrium represent four “Houses” or groups within the School. The objective is to bring together the Upper and Lower School students, faculty, and staff for organized fun that enhances each member’s sense of belonging and builds relationships. Building connections and developing lasting relationships among faculty, staff, and all students from Grade 1 through Grade 8, ultimately creates a stronger sense of responsibility for the well-being of each member of the community.
